This Friday, the 96th compiled One Piece volume was released, bringing the total number of copies of the manga in print to a staggering 470 million. As Mantan Web (via ANN) reports, the total consists of 390 million copies in print in Japan and another 80 million in print internationally.

A statue of One Piece’s Sanji has been erected in Mashiki, Kumamoto Prefecture in Japan. Eiichiro Oda hails from Kumamoto and the statue is a sign of support for the prefecture, which was hit by a series of strong earthquakes in 2016.

Starting November 30, One Piece fans can board a life-sized version of Thousand Sunny ship and take a short, thirty-minute cruise at Huis Ten Bosch theme park in Nagasaki. The replica boat isn’t new (here’s a video tour from a few years back), but if you’re in Japan and like One Piece, maybe check it out.
