Kyoto Animation has delayed its next film Violet Evergarden: The Movie because the film is still being finished. After several delays, the Japanese-made Xbox One exclusive shoot-’em-up Natsuki Chronicles is slated for a late 2019 release. The game was first scheduled for and 2015 release but has been delayed four times. In a blog post, the studio’s president apologized for the repeated delays. 

Ten years later, the website for Japanese puzzle game Kotoba no Puzzle: Mojipittan has updated! The last game came out in 2008, and now that Mojipittan Encore has been announced for the Switch in Japan, the site has gotten a long overdue update. Maybe the next one will be a decade from now!

Kyoto Animation is listing all the victims of the July fire in the end credits of Violet Evergarden Gaiden: Eien to Jido Shuki Ningyo. This is the first film it has released since the arson attack that left 35 employees dead. The film was finished on July 17, which is the day before the attack.

The latest Pokémon TV anime is called Pocket Monster. The show’s title font resembles the font from the original 1997 show. As with the recent movies, this Pokémon TV anime looks like a reboot of sorts.
