CD Projekt Red and Witcher author Andrzej Sapkowski have signed a new agreement “further solidifying their relationship,” the studio announced in a press release today. It said it’s received new rights to the property, but didn’t go into more detail. Sapkowski had previously threatened to sue for additional royalties.

Mecha game Daemon X Machina is getting Witcher III themed threads, hairdos, and body types, letting players turn their anime-style pilots into Geralt or Ciri with the character creation tool. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt comes to Switch October 15. The release date for the port of the Complete Edition was announced via a new trailer during the opening night of Gamescom. The Switch version includes all of the DLC and apparently, magically, won’t break your Switch the second it boots up.
