Here’s everything noteworthy that was announced, revealed, or otherwise discussed during today’s State of Play…

Sony’s next State of Play livestream will be completely devoted to The Last of Us Part II and air Wednesday, May 27, at 4:00 p.m. ET. Director Neil Druckmann will host the 25-minute long episode walking players through the game’s world and gameplay, including some stuff that hasn’t been previously shown.

Sony’s next Nintendo Direct-style State of Play livestream will take place this Thursday but it won’t be about PS5. According to a new post over on the PlayStation Blog the May 14 broadcast will be a special episode dedicated to Ghost of Tsushima. It’ll air at 4:00 p.m. ET and last 18 minutes.
Sony is launching a new PlayStation video series called State of Play, the first episode of which is set to air March 25 at 5:00 p.m. on Twitch and YouTube. There will be trailers, gameplay footage, and new game announcements, making it sound an awful lot like a Nintendo Direct.
