Tencent has become Marvelous’s biggest shareholder, reports Bloomberg. Tencent has purchased 20 percent of the Japanese game company’s stock. Besides Marvelous, Tencent has stakes in Epic and Bluehole.

Ubisoft confirmed to Kotaku that after Area F2 was recently removed from Google and Apple’s app stores by Ejoy.com, it has now dropped a lawsuit against those three companies. The suit was filed last week over the mobile game, which Ubisoft called a “near carbon copy” of Rainbow Six Siege.

Risk of Rain 2 will officially hit ver.1.0 on PC in August. The game launched in early access last year and has steadily received new stages, characters, items, and bosses since then. Console versions will catch up to PC in the fall.

Sea of Thieves comes to Steam June 3, developer Rare tweeted today. I look forward to being freed from the horrors of the Xbox PC app. (As Rare points out in an FAQ, players who currently own the game will not get it free on Steam.)
