Kotaku EastForget Batman, a Japanese Superhero Is Patrolling the Streets
Don’t get me wrong. That Batman outside Tokyo is great. But Batman is an American comic book character. There’s something special about suddenly seeing a Japanese superhero out and about and doing good on the home turf. Recently, people have been spotting someone dressed up as Kamen Rider on the streets of Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan.…

UncategorizedHere’s What GTA V Looks Like On PC
If the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game were a step up from the PS3 and Xbox 360 editions, then consider the PC version a slight step above them. Provided you can run it at its higher settings, anyway. The game helpfully includes its own benchmark test, which aside from helping you test…

A Superhero Romance Blossoms
Has this actually been in a comic? I don’t know, superhero canon is impossible to keep track of. But if not, well, here’s Superman and Green Arrow kissing like they mean it. Or at least like Superman means it. Black Canary is AlyCat Cosplay, Green Arrow is Epyon Merquise (Canary’s fiancée IRL) and Wonder Woman…

UncategorizedGTA V Sure Has A Lot Of PC Settings (Which Is Nice)
It took its sweet time, but Grand Theft Auto V is now out on PC. And, in terms of PC ports of console games, it appears to have been worth the wait. I’ve been playing it for a while now and yes, it looks great, and yes, it’s still the same great game, but what’s…

CultureHero Generations Is Civilization: The RPG
Should I care about Hero Generations? For sure. It’s a turn-based strategy RPG where each turn equates to one year of your hero’s life, and death is permanent. You have to make every move count as the world shifts and ages around you. What’s it about? The game’s Steam page does a pretty good job…

Cities: Skylines Interchange Goes Beyond Mere Road Porn
We’ve already covered Cities: Skylines user’s fixation with road porn, but this masterpiece goes beyond such tawdry titillations. CultureZelda-Inspired Game Hopes To Be Different Every Time You Play
A Legend-of-Zelda-like game where you get to explore a different world each time you play? Sounds too good to be true. That, however, is exactly what Songbringer is trying to do (emphasis on trying). Songbringer‘s pitch sounds like something retrieved from the dusty libraries of my childhood dreams. I mean, listen to this: “What if…
