Fans were pissed this week when Blizzard announced a Protoss Warrior for Heroes of the Storm that WASN’T the StarCraft hero Praetor Fenix. A HOTS developer has now weighed in on Reddit to say they are working on him, they’re just holding him back because he has a similar resurrection mechanic to King Leoric. Phew!

Things will be a lot different after the reality-bending events of Marvel Comics’ Secret Wars crossover wrap up. Tony Stark’s still going to be Iron Man, though, and he’ll be wearing an all-new suit of super-armor. It sounds like it can do… anything? The next series featuring the armored Avenger comes out this fall from…

Always Eat Your Video Game Vegetables

The rewarding but occasionally unpleasant video game Beyond Eyes has one exceptional idea: You’re blind. Or you’re Rae, rather, and Rae is blind. Because she can’t see, you can’t see. Instead, this young blind girl pieces together a visual picture of the world around her by using her other senses—mostly sound, but also smell and…

Years ago, Fallout fans discovered that it was possible to escape the opening area of Fallout 3 at the start of the game, thus allowing players to go through a game as a baby. It was a fun trick, sure, but it seemed untenable for an entire game…until now. YouTuber Bryan Pierre just managed to…

When Resident Evil Cosplay Gets Realistic and Disgusting

How’s this for a cosplay of William Birkin’s second mutated form from Resident Evil 2? Pretty damn accurate. That also means it looks gross. Impressive, sure, but yucky. The work of cosplayer Gai, who specializes in large suit outfits, is so good that it would be easy to mistake it for a movie costume. [Photo:…
