CultureCosplayZelda As A Spaghetti Western? Sure, Let’s Run With It
The Zelda series is no stranger to tipping its hat to Westerns. From Spirit Tracks to Gerudo Valley, there’s cowboy blood in Hyrule’s veins. Thing is, it’s always been subtle. This new vid from beatdownboogie, though, throws subtlety out the window. Ganon is a bad cowboy, Zelda is a cowlady and Link, well, Link does…

CultureI’m Liking The New Spider Game, Even Though I Hate Spiders
I hate spiders, and I hate it when games collect my real-world information. Spider: Rite of the Shrouded Moon should be my nightmare, but it somehow made me enjoy both those things. Spiders are icky. They have too many legs and weird eyes and they don’t meow or bleet or moo or anything to make…

ReviewsGalak-Z: The Kotaku Review
One of the tool tips in Galak-Z says, “Death is just part of the circle of life.” That’s true. But, also: screw you, Galak-Z Galak-Z feels like how video games used to be. It looks simple but plays hard. You’ll keep telling yourself, “I know I can beat this freaking mission.” You can’t. Not at…

“We probably should have announced the run button before launch…” So say the developers of the new (and pretty good!) story-and-exploration game Everybody’s Gone to The Rapture. A last-minute change to the game’s controls left the run option unintentionally hidden from gamers. Just hold R2 for a bit!

Looks like a pretty standard Rocket League goal, right? I bet ObservedTrial is feeling good about himself, ready to bask in the glory of a replay. Thing is, the replay goes way horribly awry.
