Capcom’s wonderful underwater 2D action-adventure Shinsekai: Into The Depths was just surprise-released for the Switch. We liked it a lot when it debuted on Apple Arcade last year, and it should please people looking for another Metroid-style game for Nintendo’s portable console.

The big March 24 update coming to Ghost Recon Breakpoint won’t just add a free overhaul that lets players ditch the game’s annoying tiered loot system. It will add a paid expansion (first mission is free) that, according to a new trailer, brings Splinter Cell’s Sam Fisher into the mix.

Take a look at Assassin’s Creed Odyssey protagonist Kassandra dressed as classic AC hero Ezio Auditore. (Alexios is in Ezio garb, too). This is a new, free addition to Odyssey, a game that hadn’t gotten new content since the fall, but we don’t yet know how players can unlock it.

A bright spot of news for Google Stadia: The cloud gaming initiative has recruited PlayStation veteran Shannon Studstill, who led Sony Santa Monica during the creation of 2018's acclaimed God Of War, to run a Stadia studio in Playa Vista, California that will focus on making exclusive games and game features.
