I don't get the Nintendo worship. What's interesting about this? The only Ninty system to ever use them was (sort of) the Famicom - and those weren't even really standard floppy discs, anyway.

People with far too much time (and weed) on their hands amuse their fellow Nintendo fanboys, I guess.

@pixelator: I wouldn't say it's nintendo worship. He could have picked sprite really to do this craft with. I'd say that most people would pick an iconic sprite such as SMB1 Mario. Everyone knows who it is and what it's from. I mean, that game alone ushered in a new era of gaming.

it's cool, but how hard is it really to tape a pile of floppies to the wall in a predetermined grid?  a full mural would be quite impressive.

Somehow, I don't feel bad if a person who sees the opposite sex as his personal penis scabbards remains a virgin. Also, people who make awesome Mario murals out of floppies are very rarely like that - I suspect at least.

I made this for my Creative Process class; I go to art school.

My girlfriend helped me get the materials and set it up, so I don't think it really is a vagina-scarer. It's funny how some of you think :o.

Being in art school and all, most girls found it pretty amazing :O
