Guilty Gear Strive will feature crossplay between PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 but not PC. Arc System Works also announced that players who purchase the game on PS4 will be able to upgrade to the PS5 version free of charge.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R is the latest old-school fighting game to get superior rollback netcode. Arc System Works plans to open testing on October 29. Let’s make this the norm for modern games too, please!

Arc System Works has announced that Guilty Gear Strive will be on PlayStation 5 and Steam as well as PlayStation 4. The new trailer also shows off returning character Leo Whitefang and newcomer Nagoriyuki. Strive will be available in spring 2021.

There’s a “completely new Guilty Gear coming in 2020. Little information was shared during Arc System Works’ brief Evo 2019 presentation, but it looks gorgeous and the crowd obviously ate it up. Stay tuned.

Arc System Works is working on porting Guilty Gear to Switch, PS4, and PC. The studio announced the news during a live stream earlier today. Guilty Gear originally came out on PS1 20 years ago, but hasn’t been available in North America since. Currently, there’s no release date set.

Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus R is in development for the Nintendo Switch! The game, an updated version of Guilty Gear XX, hit Japanese arcades in 2012 before getting before getting a PS Vita, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC release. Expect more details, such as a release window, at a later date.
