11. Pombon
Pombon may go from a dopey little guy who’s yipping and yapping to a bipedal furry-bait wolf man, but until that fateful day comes in which Game Freak makes the Pomeranian walk on two legs, he gets to be the softest, furriest little celebrity this side of the new region. This dog has a face made for pet food commercials and the spirit of a Puppy Bowl champion. I hope he stays stupid throughout his evolution line, because not enough Pokémon get to be a doofus their entire life.
