Bungie Still Hasn’t Fixed All Of Destiny‘s Raid Exploits

What do you do when cheese expires? You go get some new cheese, of course. When I re-reviewed Destiny last week, I talked about the narrative that has emerged in this game over the past few months: Players come up with an exploit. Bungie patches it. Players find a new exploit. Yesterday, Bungie patched a…

Looks Like The New 3DS Is Coming Out Next Month

Rumor suggests Nintendo’s New 3DS—a poorly-titled yet excellent hardware revision of the Old 3DS—will be officially announced for North America tomorrow, and that it’ll come out on February 13. Though nothing is official yet, there’s a lot of compelling evidence. The above flier, via NeoGAF, showing a “2.13” release date. A report from the fan…

Great Video Game Sex Scene Involves People With Guns For Heads

There is absolutely NO WAY this game is intended to say something about the state of modern video games. None whatsoever. But even if you don’t care about that, its lone sex scene is one of the best I’ve ever seen in video games. Warning: maybe NSFW, but also maybe not depending on how your…

Then, unfortunately for him, Princess Peach’s boyfriend finds out the hard way why he’s the most feared bounty hunter in the galaxy. Ouch. This video by YouTuber NicksplosionFX mashes up two beloved parts of…

Remember Ridge Racer‘s amazing Galaga mini-game on PS1? Bandai Namco patented the concept of mini-games in loading screens, but video game lawyer David Hoppe noticed Bandai Namco’s patent is about to expire. The Sims 4 Is Coming To Mac Next Month [UPDATE]

Well, it’s finally happening. Nested underneath an announcement about the game’s first paid DLC, The Sims 4 developers confirmed today that a Mac version will be arriving very soon. Far Cry 4 got its first bit of DLC today, “Escape from Durgesh Prison.” It’s a timed challenge mode that can be played alone or in co-op (the best way to play Far Cry 4, if you ask me). It also features permadeath, which sounds intriguing. The DLC is available for $10, or as part…

Green Arrow Isn’t Quite as Grim in Lego Batman 3‘s New DLC

The TV version of DC Comics’ Emerald Archer is decidedly more gloomy than his comic-book counterpart. But the Oliver Queen showing up in today’s new Arrow add-on for Lego Batman 3 still might manage to make you laugh. Just look at that Lego stubble. An Arrow-themed expansion makes sense for Lego Batman 3, given how…
