The Cub Scouts are now offering pins and belt loops for meritorious study and applied knowledge of the subject of video gaming, but they failed to consult with Kotaku on the lesson plan. That's where the 'Shop Contest comes in!
The chance to offer a wry take on a familiar subject - achievement whoring, in a sense - was too much for many of you to resist. We got a ton of submissions. Here are the 20 best.
bowen13 needed about eight different tries to get his Fallout interpretation of the Boy Scout virtues under control. Data_enabler and lilgamerman both brought Mega Man into the troop in a clever way. psykofaze and Hoaxs made good use of the furriescartoon characters. And Kobun managed to submit a patch without a semen stain. pojodin made something for all of us and Shamatta's was critically acclaimed, but I have to go with Hirashin's Sash of Achievements. Part puzzle (can you guess them all?) and all awesome.
