That retro 3D roguelike-ish beat 'em up about dystopian robot love is now on Kickstarter. They aim to collect $20,000 to finish development on Heart&Slash. Interestingly, the top reward at $10,000 is a copy of the finished game's code in C#, delivered six months after its Q1 2015 release. Haven't seen that before. Read more

No Final Fantasy X-3 on the way: In an interview with sgcafe.com, Square Enix game producer Shinji Hashimoto confirmed that the 30-minute audio drama included with the HD re-release of FFX and X-2 was merely a story to further expand the game's universe, and that Square Enix has no plans to develop a FFX-3.
