What Are You Playing This Weekend?

As Kotaku's weekend editor, my problem is the fact Friday is my hump day. Now, I know it's a lot of other folks' hump day too, but for different purposes. But when I talk about what I'll be playing this weekend, bear in mind this is like what you would be playing on your Thursday and Friday.

I mean this with all sincerity: When I finish a review, no matter how good the game is, I usually put it down for a week. I'm exhausted. Not the case with UFC Undisputed 3. I'll be revisiting the octagon this weekend. It's tough evaluating an open-ended game that appeals to many different tastes. Now that I know all it has to offer, I'm very much looking forward to starting over and making it cater to my preferences. If you didn't see my review (shameless plug), check it out. I do think UFC Undisputed has a solid enough fighting-game structure to make it appeal to gamers who aren't necessarily sports-inclined.

After UFC? I'm not sure what I'll have time for, but with some breathing space between this weekend and the release of the two baseball games on March 6, I should start packing in some quality time with Skyrim. When we last left brave Gregethor, he had electrocuted a dragon in the quad at Winterhold College. I'm gonna go see Phinis Gestor about dropping a class. I can't believe I signed up for that conjuration bullshit.

That's what I'm playing. What are you playing?
