The Week in Games: Fable-ulous

The major purchase season rolls on relentlessly. First, some stragglers, Rock Band 2 is out today for PS3, Dead Space for pissed-off PC gamers tomorrow, Bioshock at last arrives for PS3 on Tuesday. But also on Tuesday, like twin hotels on Park Place and Boardwalk, is Fable II and Far Cry 2. Spider-Man: Web of Shadows also ain't too shabby. Neither is Castlevania, Order of Ecclesia on DS. Portal geeks get Still Alive via XBLA on Wednesday. And if you like PSPs and you like baked goods, there's Cake Mania: Baker's Challenge as the bus driver's handheld play-while-you-drive pick of the week.
