The original Devil May Cry is headed to Switch this summer according to the Devil May Cry Twitter account. That will make it the first game in the series to come to a Nintendo console, just in time for Dante to be made into an Amiibo. 

We loved Runic Games’ Hob when it came out for PC and PS4 in 2017. Now Hob: The Definitive Edition is out for the Switch, and it’s just as lovable. Panic Button’s Switch port of the open-world adventure runs very well, and includes Switch exclusive features like HD rumble and touch screen support.

Castle Crashers Remastered is coming to PS4 and Switch this summer. The remastered version, currently out on Xbox One and Steam, has better graphics and runs at 60fps. In addition to making the game portable, the Switch version will make use of the HD Rumble and single Joy-Con for multiplayer.

Yakuza Kiwami, the 2016 remake of the first game in the Yakuza series, launches on PC February 19. In addition to being a great remake of a great game in a great series, it’s also only the second Yakuza game, after Yakuza 0, to come to PC. Hopefully the others follow soon.

Romantic thriller and psychological horror puzzle game Catherine is now available on PC for $20. Hitman: Blood Money and Hitman: Absolution are getting remastered in 4K and ported to PS4 and Xbox One as part of an HD Enhanced Collection. Out digitally on January 11 for $60, the games will run at 60 fps, have improved textures and lighting, and updated controls. 

Rain World is coming to the Nintendo Switch later today. I actually really loved the survival platformer’s esoteric rules and thought they complimented the game’s beautiful, mysterious world, but fortunately, Switch is getting the 1.7 version which includes an easy mode for when dying all the time starts to wear thin.

Guacamelee! Super Turbo Championship Edition is coming to Switch today. Drinkbox Studios announced the stealth release in a press release, adding that Guacamelee! 2 will arrive on the Nintendo console sometime in December. It won’t have any additional content, but will support up to four players with the Joy-Con.
