Gran Turismo Sport won’t have dynamic weather and time changes. Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi told GTPlanet, “We opted to not have the transitions in the race this time in order to raise the framerate and the quality of the image during the race.”

Gran Turismo Sport, a spin-off of Sony’s long-running racing simulation franchise, will arrive on November 15, Sony announced today. A proper sequel, likely to be called Gran Turismo 7, is in development alongside Gran Turismo Sport.

In advance of online support shutting down for Gran Turismo 5 at the end of May, Sony is removing all DLC for the game from the PlayStation Store on April 30. Some, but not all, DLC will be re-downloadable through PSN after then if you already own it. See this link for more details.

Ready for Gran Turismo 7? Gran Turismo creator Kazunori Yamauchi said his studio has conceived a PS4 version of their PS3 game Gran Turismo 6. However, Joystiq reports it will take some time to get out (surprise!), and it's possible the game might be what's eventually Gran Turismo 7. The keyword here is "eventually."
