Bethesda is suing Warner Bros. and Behaviour Interactive over the new Westworld video game which it claims copies parts of 2015’s Fallout Shelter, according to court documents filed with the U.S. District Court for Maryland.
Base-building vault management sim Fallout Shelter is coming to PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch tonight. It will still be free, and the Switch version will have both touchscreen and Joy-Con controls, so get to making some more of those horror vaults.
