Namco Bandai’s upcoming RPG Code Vein was supposed to be out this September, but it has been delayed to 2019. According to an official Namco Bandai statement, the game was pushed back “to further refine its gameplay.” Code Vein will be out on the PS4, Xbox One and Steam sometime next year.

The anime monster slaying game Code Vein will release on September 28th. It’s a bit like Dark Souls if every character was from that Crunchyroll show your friend is watching and I’m totally okay with that.

Code Vein doubles-down on the vampire Dark Souls vibes in its latest trailer from Tokyo Game Show. Revealed in May and aiming for a 2018 release on Xbox One, PS4, and PC, the game features real-time action and medieval gas masks. It also all takes place in an apocalyptic wasteland for safe measure.
