Shoot, slice and strangle 'em up Shank is coming to the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade this August, a gory stabfest that you can share with a buddy, as seen in this co-op video preview of the game.

Shank is just one of the many downloadable games that will make this summer perhaps the best summer of gaming ever and it's just a month away. It looks so good, I'd even consider nominating it for some "Best New Game"-type award.

Shank his best friend Falcone will adventure together on August 24 for PlayStation Network and August 25 for Xbox Live Arcade.
