A new series of Parappa the Rapper spin-off animated shorts are coming to Japanese TV this year, MoCA (via ANN) reports. The anime stars a chill teddy bear named PJ Berri and also features Parappa and Chop Chop Master Onion. Each episode is around 96 seconds long.
