Dem Bones, Dem Bones -I went to the doctor today, more than a year after doing something terrible to my shoulder during a Kendo bout. Apparently I've torn or detached one of my bicep ligaments. I like to think it's from overuse after years, decades of fencing and then a bit of Kendo. Trish thinks its from lack of use. She's probably right. :(
