In the old days, you had the Saturday newspaper to tell your dumb ass you got an extra hour of sleep during the switch from Daylight Saving time to Standard time. And if you didn't take the Saturday paper, the Sunday paper said so. And if you didn't get that, you found out when you rolled up on the church and nobody was there.
Me, I have a cell phone with a clock and a computer connected to the Internet and I still got up and worked for a solid 40 minutes this morning before realizing I could have gone back to bed. Which I will now do.
