Off-road truck simulator Spintires is now out on Steam, exactly one year after the successful conclusion of its Kickstarter campaign. Capcom has issued an official statement that the next Street Fighter will not be pay-to-win. They did this in response to an article by Japanese newspaper Sponichi Annex, in which a Capcom executive apparently mentioned plans of implementing a pay-for-advantage system in the next Street Fighter.
