You really don’t need a super expensive PC to run VR, especially not for a Oc Quest 2. I was able to run this on a RTX 2060 which is even cheaper now than when I brought one. I’m glad I’m not the only one who felt the “New” series to be underwhelming. The levels were uninspired, the shake control on the Wii was beyond frustrating, the music was annoying and repetitive, and overall it just lacked the undefinable quality that made 2D Mario games what they were.

I’ll never understand how anyone thinks SMW is the best Mario game ever. It’s good, but it’s nothing special. The art style is repeated over and over again in all the levels. It’s a basic Mario game but you can ride a dino. It’s overrated.
