New neighbor moved in this week. Seems like a nice guy. He has something about the size and shape of a baseball bat doughnut around his ankle, underneath his sock. Never seems to take it off. Is this a new piece of jewelry? Signifying some kind of commitment or obligation? I’m not hip to trends.
