Beetlejuice 2 (tentative title) is the latest sequel to have a considerable gap (36 years!) between it and its predecessor. As of press time, Warner Bros. has yet to release a plot synopsis, official stills, or any marketing for the sequel, which sees director Tim Burton, the Ghost With the Most himself, Micheal Keaton, and Lydia Deetz (Ryder) return for more supernatural shenanigans. But leaked set photos from the production’s UK shoot indicate that Lydia’s daughter, played by Wednesday’s Jenna Ortega, plays a key role in Beetlejuice’s highly-anticipated resurrection.
