It isn't a 25,000-square-foot palace like the one enjoyed by Xbox boss Don Mattrick, but then, vast tracts of land are hard come by in SF proper. What the new Pincus estate lacks in square footage, it more than makes up for in gorgeous views of the Golden Gate Bridge and proximity to a variety of convenient MUNI lines.
Also, am I the only one who thinks those interiors look like a swanky pirate ship?
