Week in Games: Spring has Sprung

We've got the most titles in a single week since Black Friday, which makes me wonder: We just had the first day of spring, why is everyone pushing games when we should be outside playing?

Today we experienced the mayhem of Pokémon Platinum. Big names rolling out in the coming week include Wheelman, the Vin Diesel vehicle featuring Vin Diesel in vehicles (some of which are diesel vehicles), Wanted: Weapons of Fate and, just because I wanted to say both in the same sentence, Gardening Mama, which PETA should appreciate.

This week's count, 17 for the DS, 11 for the PC, eight for Wii, seven for 360, six for PS3, five for PSP, three for PS2, none for Intellivision.

DISCUSSION

I wonder if TLR will have the same problem here in the US. Steam still lists it as releasing in April. Hopefully they get their shit together before Teusday. I'll probably pick it up. Have been playing the version "released" to the net already. I really like the changes they made to it over the 360 version and it runs very well on my system at 1920x1200 so I have no qualms about paying 40 bucks to get it. Really boring going through parts of the game I played on the 360 though.
