Looks like the good ship Microsoft Press Conference, which was due in port on Tuesday to shower us all with news and media of exciting new titles, has sprung a leak. Banjo Kazooie 3 screens? Leaked. What look like Viva Pinata 2 screens? Leaked. No news or info to accompany the screens, of course, but you can't blame Microsoft & Rare for thinking second time's a charm. Oh, and is that a second player's cursor I see in the above screen?

You know, there is a lot of VP praise here. I had some fun with it too, but it was my first game of its type and ... well, the micromanagement of it all felt more like work than a game. And it is FAR more complicated than it looks. I thought I was making good progress only to go online and realize that I hadn't accomplished hardly ANYTHING. With 440 achievements points, I haven't touched the game in over 6 months. I really don't see myself ever 'completing' it.

So will VP:TiP fix my problems with the first and make for a more enjoyable game? Dunno. Hope so. I liked the first, but don't know if I really enjoyed it as much as I could've ...
