Abzu Looks Like Journey, But Underwater. Neat.
And that’s not too surprising, given that some of the developers on Giant Squid games—the developers behind the intriguing looking Abzu—also worked on Journey. It shows. Abzu looks like it’ll be a gorgeous, contemplative game that focuses on marine life/water experiences.

Your PS4 Friends Don’t Need Far Cry 4 to Play Far Cry 4
Sony VP Adam Boyes just announced that PS4 players will be able to invite friends into a game of Far Cry 4, even if they don’t own it. Game sharing like this has been seen on handhelds before but making it available for a beefy, open-world game like Far Cry 4 is an impressive feat.

LittleBigPlanet 3 is coming to the PlayStation 4, Sony said in an announcement that just made my day. Far Cry 4 Gameplay Video: Oh Man ELEPHANTS
Ubisoft has so far only shown Far Cry 4’s intro. This, though, this is seven minutes of gameplay that is a lot more impressive (even if you do need to watch it with a pinch of salt at hand). I’m a little suspicious of just how “real” this gameplay is – the transitions are too…

Some First-Class E3 Trolling Happening Right Here
Pity the readers who don’t know that comics writer Gail Simone loves to poke at the weak spots of devoted fan communities. Their heads have probably exploded now. Simone’s a longtime veteran who’s writing, among other things, the Tomb Raider comic-book series that connects last year’s hit game to its just announced sequel. She also…

Weird Fitness Game Looks Like Guitar Hero With Jumping
Kinect’s profile has been a little lower on day one of this year’s E3. It’s not totally absent, though. Ubisoft showed yet another game that aims to use the motion sensor to help players get fit. It’s a little wacky. Shape Up debuted at Ubi’s press conference today and it might remind you a bit…
