On February 13, the Sonic the Hedgehog roller-coaster opened at the Alton Towers Resort in the U.K. The them park offers a "ride and stay experience". What is that like?
The Sonic room is 312, and website Girl Gamers UK got to check it out, writing, "Opening the door on arrival the first thing we heard were the famous emerald rings noise from the game. Then we got the first glimpses of what I can only describe as the most magical and colorful room I've ever seen."
The room is decorated with "The Green Hill Zone" wallpaper, and even the bed had a gold Sonic ring. The room was also outfitted with a PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii to play Sonic games. The bathroom had Sonic, Tails and Knuckles plush toys.
