...Max Anarchy, a new online multiplayer game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, a title revealed in the latest issue of Japan's Famitsu magazine. It features the return of at least one original Platinum Games character.
Screens from this week's leaked issue of Famitsu show Madworld's Jack Cayman, the man with the chainsaw, as one of the characters that will appear in the game. Jack's in full color this time, if a little muted, breaking free of the black, white and red palette of Madworld. He's seen chainsawing some poor soul through the back while a hooded thug bears down on him with a flaming, spiked club.
According to Andriasang's translation, Max Anarchy is an "online action combat game." Given the maximum anarchy implied, it's presumably crazy, hyperviolent stuff.
Having played developer Platinum Games' console titles, we're very much looking forward to hearing more about the team's post-Vanquish plans.
