Tales Of Vesperia Is Wii Bound?!

Popular Japanese voice actor Rikiya Koyama appears to have leaked the news that Namco Bandai role-playing-game Tales of Vesperia is Wii-bound. Ooops!

On his official blog, the actor writes, "Tales of Vesperia is coming out on one thing after another: Xbox 360, then PS3, and now upcoming, goes on sale even on the Wii. More shortly, the feature film anime version is also opening in theaters (But, I, I'm not in it...), and after that, there's also a CD."

It's possible the voice actor confused Tales of Vesperia with Tales of Graces — there are a lot of Tales to keep straight!

Koyama voices the character of Duke in Tales of Vesperia, which was originally released as a timed Xbox 360 exclusive in 2008. The PS3 version was released in September 2009.

meh, no big deal. The 360 version was great, the PS3 version came out much later and didnt have all that much more content. If a wii version does materialize, it will be ugly as hell(see ToS2, which was unplayably bad imo) and wont be worth picking up unless you only have a wii.

for those complaining about the 360 getting screwed, you got to play the game a year earlier and its essentially the same game. I know I loved my 360 copy enough to buy the PS3 copy a year later and still be content. So stop complaining about a new version being released later. #talesofvesperia
