Voice actor Tarako is taking over the role of antagonist Monokuma in the Danganronpa series, Famitsu reports. Last year, it was announced that previous voice actor, 82 year-old Nobuyo Oyama, was suffering from dementia and unable to do voice acting work.

The new Danganronpa 3 anime will be split into two parts. The new promo trailer, however, is filled with game spoilers, so jump ahead to 3:07 to skip those.

Danganronpa 2, Spike Chunsoft’s murderous visual novel, is coming to Steam on April 18. Danganronpa, a game about what Japanese high school is really like, will be out on Steam February 18. The second game will also come to PC at some point in the future, says developer Chunsoft, who are publishing these versions themselves.
