After weeks of anticipation, Fortnite’s big Season 10 event happened. Was the wait worth it? Yes.
An image purported to be from Fortnite’s new map is circulating on Reddit. Seemingly via the Italian app store, a thumbnail for Fortnite “chapter 2” shows characters standing in front of a river with boats. There’s also a short sizzle reel. We’ll find out when Season 10 ends on Sunday at 2pm Eastern.

Fortnite’s 10.40 patch brings a new Rift Zone, Starry Suburbs, as well as previously-announced changes to matchmaking. There are also tweaks to controller sensitivity and aim assist, as well as a playlist called The Combine that lets players practice their aiming and reflexes.
Fortnite’s 10.30 patch adds two new areas: Moisty Palms, which is now a prop hunt, and Greasy Grove, where falling tacos make players dance and restore health. It also vaults the burst SMG and unvaults the Tactical SMG. Players can also vote on an item to bring back to the item shop.
