I’m running on no sleep Ash, NO SLEEP!
Well, that’s not exactly true. I went to bed about 4:30 a.m. and woke up about 7 a.m. So I’m actually running on two and a half hours sleep. Phhhh, that’s plenty.
Did I ever tell you about the time when I went on a sleep-free marathon? Downing so much caffeine over the course of, I don’t remember how long, that I was days and days and days without sleep? It was weird, I became convinced, seriously convinced, that sleep wasn’t necessary. That sleeping was an addiction and being tired, withdrawal.
I started hallucinating and eventually passed out, completely passed out, behind the steering wheel of my car. Fortunately, it was safely parked in the parking lot of my college. Best 20 minutes of sleep I had in my life.
