Look, I’m sorry, but they just did Piplup again but not as cute. Yes, they’re different species but the silhouette, the color scheme, the sassy personality? They’re almost identical. Oshawott is also a cute little guy and it’s fun that its little shell detaches and can be used as a projectile. But until it evolves into Samurott, it’s giving reused assets.
