That answered my question about what happened to the Trophy room! I thought that was a neat idea to be able to see trophies that you unlocked in full models. I liked the idea of it being a hub to get together to play a game but that didn’t pan out since the load times between everything were ridiculous.

The one thing I’ve always wondered about is why they changed the Navigator from a PSP to that generic looking device. I remember watching the first promo video with Jack showing off how your character has a PSP to quickly navigate the Home the world.

I think Sony should bring back avatars but greatly rework them. They went for the too realistic look of them and I think Nintendo and MS hit the sweet spot with them.
