New Explosive Enslaved Screens Set Free

Heavenly Sword developer Ninja Theory has already proven that they can make "post apocalyptic" pretty with Enslaved: Odyssey to the West. But can they do explosions as well? New screens of Enslaved let you be the judge.

The PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 game, due in "late 2010," will put players in the role of Monkey who, along with his attractive lady friend Trip, will attempt to escape the slave ship seen in these new screens before the whole thing goes boom. The "tactical action-adventure game" promises a "gripping, surprise-filled journey" through an American wasteland with its "mix of combat, strategy and environment traversal," officially.

The main character looks a bit like the original design for the main character in Heavenly Sword. If you look at the unlocked art in HS there was a male design that wasn't bad but not as good as Nariko. I wonder if Ninja Theory really did use that design as a reference for Enslaved.
