By my untrained eye, that looks like Fox 2 Halfback Screen Strong, scored by the Saints' Pierre Thomas to give New Orleans a 13-10 lead early in the third quarter. I think this is probably the play most appropriate for the heel of an athletic shoe, considering the onsides kick to open the second half, and Tracy Porter's interception-touchdown for the final score might be a little more complicated to render.
The rest of the shoe is pigskin inspired - brown pebbled leather, nubuck and synthetic materials for a majority of the upper, with white accents on the inner liner, Swoosh border, laces, and midsole.
