It is now day two of Amazon’s four-day sales event. That’s right. Despite what its name implies, Prime Day is stretching from Tuesday, June 23 all the way through Friday, June 26. You have the whole work week to find yourself some good deals to usher in the summer. It’s historically been a good time of the year to upgrade on some tech and gadgets like a new TV, new monitor, and more.
Among these deals is a significant discount on the Lenovo Idea Tab. This tablet aimed at college students is already a pretty good bang for your buck, but has come down from it’s standard price of $290 to an even more affordable level. The Prime Day 31% discount ends up shaving off $90 to bring it down to a clean $200 for a limited time.
The Lenovo Idea Tab is equipped with an 11-inch screen that has a 2.5K display for super sharp, ultra-clear visuals. the screen also uses a low amount of blue light which can help to reduce eye strain and keep you from feeling fatigued during extended use. Sound comes through the four built-in speakers clearly as well with support for Dolby Atmos.
Everything runs smoothly with the powerful MediaTek D6300 Octa-core processor and 8GB of memory.
Battery life is reliable. The Lenovo Idea Tab can keep at it for up to 12 hours. For college students, this should be plenty to get your through all your classes while you’re out on campus. When it dies down, it can recharge at speeds of up to 20W to get it back up and running quickly.
Pen Included
Much of the Lenovo Idea Tab’s functionality gets opened up by the included stylus. A favorite feature is the ability to just circle something on screen to initiate a Google search on the image or text. Though, that actually can be done with a finger as well, but it’s far cooler using the pen.
The Lenovo Tab Pen is also great for notetaking and more precise control and navigation.
Also included with the Lenovo Idea Tab and Lenovo Tab Pen is a special Folio Case. This case can keep the screen protected when you have it tucked away in a bag or even just sitting out on a coffee table. The case doubles as a stand, propping the table up at an angle so you can work on the tablet more comfortably, or set it up for optimal viewing when queuing up a video, TV show, or movie.
