Hey! Pikmin, you are a disappointing game. Kotaku features editor Chris Kohler and I recently discussed our disappointment in this week’s 3DS/2DS adventure that neither of us has been compelled to complete. He’s halfway, I’m earlier in and even with the help of Captain Olimar, we just can’t find the old Pikmin magic. Stephen Totilo:…

Friday the 13th Studio Says It Hasn’t ‘Abandoned’ The Game

Yesterday, Friday the 13th fans collectively yelped in terror when they discovered that developer Illfonic is working on a new game. Blasting Across Wildlands On A Rainbow-Powered Llama

I was originally disappointed with Ghost Recon: Wildlands’ first expansion, “Narco Road,” but I recently decided to give it another shot. I spent most of my evening riding an unexplainable hybrid of dirt bike and llama. Is it a llama? Is it a bike? I’m not sure what to call it, but it makes nervous…

Battlegrounds‘ New Skins Look Stylish, But They’ll Cost You

You might not be the brightest tactical mind or the sharpest shooter. You may never take home a chicken dinner. That does not mean, however, that you’re barred from winning the most important battle of all: fashion. While PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds won’t be implementing a permanent microtransaction-based loot crate and key system until the game’s out…

Curling With Flying Cars Is The New Best Thing In GTA Online

Shuffleboard and curling are way more exciting when you throw cars and ramps into the mix. GTA Online’s new mode, Overtime Rumble, does exactly that—and the community loves it.
