Last week, we celebrated the birth of democracy on Earth and were reminded that you can't put a measure on freedom, though it is at most 1200 pixels wide.
Thanks to you, we defiled a great document and were no doubt placed on many enemies lists with our shameful desecration of history. When the time comes to declare our independence, I hope Zak_Canard signs his name the largest, and with a flourish. He got his own post on Monday (after I pointed out his 'Shop to our in-house Australian, Luke.)
But it wasn't the best. Nyleveia probably just won himself a job in marketing with SCEA; boopadoo's entries, among the usual 327 he submits, was the most topical and praiseworthy. Kneadederaser and bawb3 had similar ideas but different executions. Pixiebutt and bungz made pop culture appeals that can't go unpunished.
Verno77's would have been champion, if not for Ritz's impeccable, poster-worthy Founding Father Fortress 2 mashup. So, take that Zak, and all you stinkin' Australians. Remember, we kicked your asses in the Spanish-American War of 1812, or somethin'.
