My cell phone, which I had blessed, is a Docomo phone. I am thinking about eventually getting a new iPhone. Mrs. Bashcraft is also considering getting an iPhone.

But in Japan, the carrier for iPhones is not Docomo, but SoftBank.
I was once talking to this marketing guru, and he was saying that in Japan it is harder for people who are older to switch carriers than younger folks. The reason is that perhaps there is concern about contractual differences or differences in service and so on and so forth. Man, I’m so old.
Oh, and the SoftBank had no idea that there is going to be an iPhone redesign. She said there are probably “rumors”. Ha!
Any folks with SoftBank phones? Happy with their service, etc?
