Sooooooooooooooooo……… My doctor said I have slightly high blood pressure, which worries me. As I previously mentioned, I’ve been trying to exercise daily. Now, I need to worry about lowering my blood pressure. Ungh.
My dad, who is 74 and seems to be in good shape, has high blood pressure. He’s on meds for it. My mom has really low pressure. Guess who got screwed on the DNA?
I’m now 32 years old (33? I forget), and health stuff like this is starting to worry me. Perhaps too much!
