If you are renting-to-own, you need to pay up. Or else. A Minnesota man is being charged with failing to make Nintendo Wii payments. He's, however, not your typical Minnesota man.

Brown has had run-ins with authorities before. He was put on probation in January after being convicted of check forgery and "theft by swindle". As Minnesota local paper Winona Daily News reports:

He was also ordered to complete 80 hours of community service and pay more than $9,000 in restitution to several Winona businesses and a Winona State University student he duped into paying a security deposit on an apartment Brown was unauthorized to rent out...

Brown also faces charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, ineligible possession of a firearm and terroristic threats from an incident in November in which he threatened a man with a BB gun during an argument about money, according to court documents.

Brown's court case will commence on April 29.
