Summary

Bitten on the first day of an outbreak, you have five days before you turn. Alone in a hospital lab, you take a sample from your own wound, streak it on an agar plate, identify the virus under a microscope, and synthesize an antiviral at the bench. Each antiviral is tested in a trial machine where it fights the virus as an auto battler, and every vaccine you inject teaches the virus something new, pushing it to evolve into a new variant. Between lab sessions, you manage sleep, food, and focus, and head out to gather supplies and field samples.
